Angela has many years’ experience in Local Government and has a passion for procurement along with experience in change management and process improvement.
Based in Hawke’s Bay, Angela is the Procurement Partnerships Manager at Hastings District Council. In her role at Council, she is actively involved in a diverse range of projects and activities, providing leadership and support to procurement practitioners and contract staff throughout her organisation.
Having qualified in Procurement herself in recent years, and assessed students through Clever Buying’s qualification programme since 2020, she understands the process and well placed to support students on their journey.
